First Edition

So, here I am.



And who might I be? Well, shame on you if you do not know who I am, I mean come on, the wonderful being that is me is one that everyone on this Earth and in the Heavens and yes, even the devil in Hell should know. So can you guess who I am yet? And if not, do you feel dumb? Good, that's just how I like it!



And for those of you fortunate souls who do know all too well who I am, then I hope you are capable of stifling your laughter enough to continue reading on.



My name is Marie. I grew up in a town called Ridley Park, Pa. - a suburb of Philly. I am 1 of 7 kids...from 2 marriages. I was raised by my mom, but I visited all my other siblings on the weekends when I would visit with my dad. We all have baggage from our childhoods, noone is spared some trauma, so I won't bore you with mine. I am basically to the point now that I understand and can appreciate that my baggage made me who I am today and I am proud of that.



Moving on, I myself got married when I was 19 to a man named Pablo..well, that's his name in Spanish but his real name is Paul. This man is unequivocally my bestest friend. I know I am so perfect in every way and my good, kind heart and soul (insert coughs of B.S.)does not need someone to balance me out, however I felt the need to save my husband from his momma's boy self and bring him into the light of knowing and loving and be driven insane by someone like me. :) I will tell you, we are a sarcasm match made in Heaven. God must have a sense of humor cause all Paul and I do is laugh...usually at other people's expense.

Ok, so how did I get to where I am today, writing this blog in hopes of attracting attention to myself? Well, let me get there by taking my usual long story approach and give you the 411 on us.

After Paul and I got hitched on May 30, 1998, actually, 2 weeks after, I became preggers with our 1st of 3 daughters, Miss Abigail Mae. She was born March 5, 1999. When she was 7 months old, we made the move upstate to Central Pa. - otherwise known as Penn State country. We live outside of State College in the boonies and honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way. We settled into our 1st house that we bought in July 2001 and I became pregnant that Aug. On May 20, 2002, Madison Marie made her debut. All was well in our lives for awhile and we, well, me in particular, was teetering back and forth with the notion of a number 3. Loe and behold, Oct. 2004, I was pregnant once more and on July 29, 2005, Phoebe Lynn graced us with her entry into this world!

So, here I am. You now know I am a wife, a stay at home mom of 3 daughters and am apart of a household loony enough to have 3 dogs as well...1 large Rott, a toy Fox Terrier and a little twit Yorkie. As I know you are somehow made better by reading this, I am going to sign off from my 1st edition of this blog to let all this sink in and I hope to see you next time drooling with anticipation for more!! :) Good night all!
